Wondering What to do with Those Old Skis?
Posted by on
Founded in 1938, the Jackson Hole Ski & Snowboard Club is Jackson's oldest non-profit organization. Its goal is to promote fun, fitness and sportsmanship in young athletes through training, academic support, and competition. Each year it raises over $350,000 for programs and scholarships that bring affordable snow sports to Jackson youth through memberships, sponsorships, contributions and a series of annual fundraising events.
Slated this year for the morning of October 27th, the Ski Swap is one of the Club's annual events open to ski and snowboard vendors as well as local ski enthusiasts, providing a marketplace to sell new and used equipment and clothing. The Bunnery Bakery and Restaurant has been a proud sponsor for over ten years. A minimal entry fee for non-club members provides an opportunity to score a bargain or find the perfect replacement gear while contributing to a great cause for young athletes.
