Cranberry Nut Vanilla Granola

After we created our all-American blueberry granola, the cranberry, another native American fruit, came to mind. But cranberries are also a nutritional powerhouse, bursting with vitamin C, high in cancer-preventive anitoxidants and rich in compounds that protect against several bacterial infections.
